This native yeast Chardonnay took over one year to complete primary fermentation in the barrel. The resulting wine is unlike any Chardonnay I have ever produced. Replete with citrus, pear, honeysuckle, coconut and minerals, this wine possesses immense texture, balance and length.

2007 Pinot Noir Estate2007 PINOT NOIR ESTATE

This Santa Rita bottling is all Estate fruit but uses a higher percentage of press lots and neutral barrels. Spice, cherry, earth and herbs with a perceptive yet approachable acid profile. A combination of Dijon and Pommard clones. Unfined and unfiltered.

2007 Pinot Noir Estate "A" Block2007 PINOT NOIR ESTATE "A" BLOCK

This bottling uses the best barrels of free run juice from the original "A" block, which was the first block planted at Rozak Ranch Vineyard and consists of all Pommard clone. This wine exhibits dark cherry, plum, earth, mushroom, underbrush character and a wonderful texture with firm yet soft tannins. Unfined and Unfiltered.

2007 Pinot Noir Estate "C" Block2007 PINOT NOIR ESTATE "C" BLOCK

As in the "A" block, this bottling uses select free run barrels consisting of all Dijon clones. Deep dark cherry, spice, violets, earth and smoke. Rich and firmly structured on the palate. Unfined and unfiltered.

2006 Syrah Estate2006 SYRAH ESTATE

Dark and extracted, this brooding purple youngster displays aromatics of rare roast beef, graphite, asphalt, flowers and roasted dark fruits. Black cherry, olives, pepper and minerals round out the long complex finish. Unfined and unfilitered.
